Three Egg Omelette made with soy milk and shredded parmesan cheese. Stuffed and topped with honey glazed Bartlett pear cubes seasoned with Himalayan Salt and fresh black pepper, Crumbled Blue cheese and shredded Parmesan cheese. Amaranth bread toasted with honey, butter and pear reduction and black cherry balsalmic vinegar swirls, topped with pear cubes and toasted sprouted pumpkin seeds. And big smile.

Turkey, Mushroom, Bell pepper Polenta made with parmesan and mozzarella cheese, butter, milk and water. Oven baked brocollini spears with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Hand made sparkling limeade with Splenda, lime juice and carbonated water. And a lime or two.

Garden omelette made with fresh picked peas and a red bell pepper, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Vanilla yogurt, dried coconut and dried pineapple slices. CHC hot chocolate made with cocoa, skim milk and Splenda and topped with mini marshmallows and whipped cream. And the debut of a original TK glass dish.

Leftover steak and chicken fajitas with orange and yellow bell peppers and grilled onions scrambled with two eggs, mozzarella and parmesan cheese and topped with some fresh cilantro. Trader Joe’s cold brewed coffee, skim milk, Hershey’s chocolate syrup and Splenda.Watermelon chunks and a pitted apricot. And a WFH day ahead.

Saturday Afternoon Picnic

Panini made with pesto, on the vine tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and Canadian Salami d’Amore on a french baguette. Bruschetta made with sliced and toasted french baguette topped with a coin of mozzarella, garlic powder, pesto, and topped with a slice of Canadian Salami d’Amore resting on either a tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil and olive oil tapenade (left) or a slice of melted english Cotswald cheese (right). Caprese with on the vine tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, Lucero basil olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. A bowl of Reinier cherries, raspberries, mexican papaya, green seedless grapes and strawberries. And a faux bottle of wine for the picnic.
