Bruschetta made with sliced and toasted french baguette topped with a coin of mozzarella, garlic powder, pesto, and topped with a slice of Canadian Salami d’Amore resting on either a tomato, fresh mozzarella, basil and olive oil tapenade (left) or a slice of melted english Cotswald cheese (right). Caprese with on the vine tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh mozzarella, Lucero basil olive oil and balsamic vinegar with a dash of salt, pepper, and garlic powder. A bowl of Reinier cherries, raspberries, mexican papaya, green seedless grapes and strawberries. And a faux bottle of wine for the picnic.
